The team was responsible for identifying shortfalls in the existing system and recommending systemic solutions to Senior Management.• Individual responsible for reviewing Third Party Multi-currency Software solutions for the International Clearance Operation. Assignment included the identification of system alternatives, an in depth needs analysis, a comparison study and finally a systems recommendation to Senior Management.• Project Coordinator initially responsible for the development and integration of a Multi-currency Clearance and Settlement system.

Reported directly to the Chief Financial Officer with direct line management responsibility for the Interest Control Group and Treasury Operations (Banking & Funds Reconciliations, Banking & Funds Operations). Responsibilities included systems development for Treasury Operations, Regulatory Compliance (15c3-3), and divisional P&L reporting for Net Interest, daily banking operations, managing a staff of 40 associates including 5 section managers. Member of the firms Operating Committee which was responsible for determining firm operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities included day to day operations management for securities finance and International Clearance and Settlement functions. Responsible for all systems development for securities finance, firm interest systems and lead SME for developing the firms online cashiering system. Special assignments from senior management including system conversions. Lead and coordinated Pershing’s conversion to Loanet, Wilco Gloss and other 3rd party solutions
