NOTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:- Built business from a start up with $5K capital investment and grew to $17M in annual sales over a 20-year period.- Managed business and several related startup businesses through a number of unique phases of growth or decline.- Implemented unique manufacturing and/or business processes including: Hydromat rotary transfer machining; cellular manufacturing; thermal deburring; waterjet deburring, and machining; automated vision inspection; visual business systems; etc.- Started internal processes or external businesses to capitalize on business opportunities, including: single spindle and multiple screw machining; single spindle and multiple spindle CNC machining; cold forming/cold heading; thermal deburring; manufacturing operations in Mexico; corporate aircraft charter; integrated database systems and software; digital book publishing and graphic arts; production of training videos; and customization and personalization of slot machines for business promotion or home entertainment. - Successfully restructured business several times due to economic decline or change in automotive industry.- Effectively reduced debt from $300K to $50K per month during economic decline.
