Manage all front of house operations including guest services, safety and security. It is my duty to provide an enjoyable and safe experience for all guests and promoters when attending events at the Orleans Arena. I am directly responsible for all levels of the staffing process including scheduling, training and hiring while maintaining budget levels for each event. Acting as an event primary, I contact promoters and talent management to advance various aspects of the event ensuring a seamless affair.
