Managed Completion program in Piceance basin from 2001 through 2004. Coordination of entire completion process from drilling rig exit to turning well over to production department. Managed up to 10 consultants. Production Coordinator for South Piceance team responsible for CBM test as well as production from development program. Managed up to 8 lease operators from 2005 through 2006. Managed South Piceance field drilling operations from 2007 through 2013. Coordinated rig moves, managed day to day drilling operations according to company SOP's and implemented new processes to improve overall drilling process. Managed up to 14 wellsite supervisors.

District Engineer managing field engineers and laboratory staff. Generated pumping services proposals and supported business development group on technical needs.

Entered DS as Field Engineer trainee and progressed through FET program to reach District Manager position. Worked in field operations developing operational and technical knowledge in cementing, acidizing and fracturing services. DESC Engineer for two Operating Companies before being promoted to District Manager in the DJ Basin of Colorado.
