Responsible for the scheduling, resourcing, and delivery of large-scale programmes on behalf of a large blue chip client. Served as interface to client for daily programme updates, regional meetings with client management, and point of contact for further sales. The following is an example of one programme that was managed during this time including details of the programme duration, budget responsibility and team size that worked on the programme. * Update the physical and electronic security at over 100 sites across the UK * Requirements capture of client needs for each site * Organisation of surveys between IESS and client * Collating survey information to be relayed back to the client * Formalising the bids for each site involved in the programme * Agreeing sign-off of engineering drawings from client * Agreeing sign-off of each site quotation * Managing the workload of three regional offices * Assisting the procurement department with estimating and planning of stocks levels * Internal and external progress reviews, including reporting to director level * Change, Fault and Risk management for each individual site * Liaising with client network infrastructure planners, and other external contractors * Full financial responsibility for the programme * Programme length: 3 years, Budget: £21m, Team size: 45

Management position working for the training arm of a training, telecommunications and computer engineering company. This role included a mix of project management and business development. Responsible for advice on, planning and the delivery of training classes over a variety of subjects and to varied groups from basic skills through to professional courses. Responsible for the mentoring of Modern Apprentices during their NVQ training. Ensuring that a high level of customer service was maintained and that all auditable records were kept to governmental audit standards. Responsible for scheduling and allocating work to engineers to assist clients in a timely and efficient manner.
