role as contracts manager involved controlling and running of between 90 & 120 contracts per month ensuring all sub contract documentation, purchase orders, pre-let minutes, Sub-contractor assessments and all agreements are checked and completed and run as required. Controlling the running of 12 engineers in and around the UK, issuing out of projects and allocations of work load to each engineer. Controlling the running of 16 to 18 site teams within and around the UK, supervising and instructing Installation methods to both employed and sub-contract fitters , client contact for arrangements of installation and completion of contracts on time and within budget to meet profitability, ensuring and enforcing all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, carrying out evaluation of workforce, checking completion of installations and ensuring all applications/monies are controlled on a monthly basis.Also being a point of contact for customers on contractual issues and ensuring that contract requirements are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness
