I managed a multiproject program examining Fragile X in a transgenic rat model in the Jadhav lab. In one arm of this program, we studied social development in young animals via ultrasonic vocalization trajectories. Our second arm used high density (~64 tetrode) in-vivo electrophysiology in behaving adult rats to investigate the neural underpinnings of 1 social deficits and 2 cognitive inflexibility seen in Fragile X.
