From the trading floor to the boardroom, I've spent over 38 years immersed in the dynamic world of trade, finance, and technology - the last 10 of those here at GoldenSource. As CEO, I lead a dedicated team with a singular vision: empowering our clients to thrive by establishing a canonical source of operational data that feed directly into their internal front, middle and back office systems and into end users’ hands. My leadership style involves running our highly technical business at a human level. I’m proud to say that I have a senior-level personal relationship with nearly every one of GoldenSource’s clients. They know that if they have a problem, they can reach out directly to me to get it fixed - and I believe our clients value this greatly. That approach has served me well, here and at Pivot, Hotspot FX, and elsewhere.So, what drives me? Witnessing and facilitating the success of others, whether that’s nurturing the talent throughout GoldenSource’s workforce or making sure that our solutions meet and exceed our clients’ needs and expectations. I have an insatiable curiosity. I find almost everything interesting. That curious itch is a key part of how I operate as a CEO: I am constantly scanning the horizon, reading, trying to understand what’s new.
