    1. I started full time practice in 1966.2. I retired from full time practice in Elgin, Illinois in 1985. Then I opened another practice a few months later in Ft. Myers, Fl, and practiced there until I retired again in 2002.3. I still work part time for Dr Linda Stevens in Ft. Myers.4. In June of 2012 I will be starting a very limited practice again, at Dr Linda Stevens’ office location in Ft. Myers, FL; my plans are to accept only the very difficult/challenging patients, and also do 2nd opinions. 5. Dr Stevens & I still are accepting patients for the famous VAX-D treatments.
