I serve as the President of Crystal Management. I founded this service-disabled veteran-owned small business in 2005 following a 20 year career in the Army and having just completed one of the most significant program in Pentagon history. I have over three decades of experience leading complex IT programs to include Program Manager, Command Communication Survivability Program (CCSP), Office of the Secretary of Defense for the Pentagon Renovation Program. I currently provide hands-on leadership of Crystal Management’s strategic direction, resource management, and quality assurance.  My education at The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina where i earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is the foundation for my success.Wearing the ring of The Citadel makes all the difference.I live in Georgia with his wife and recently welcomed our 9th grandchild to the family in 2022.
