Project Coordinator (Post Delivery) 2021- PresentAustal USA/ Mobile, AL• Provide coordination, guidance, and direction to the functional project engineers to ensure that the work being performed enables successful and efficient construction of the vessel with focus on milestone achievements and cost and schedule performance• Proactive deck plate management to identify, mediate, and resolve craft specific production work sequence, material and information issues related to constraints that effect performance to cost and schedule• Coordinate with scheduler to lay out planned work in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) including all checkpoints and test requirements• Ensure work is completed with satisfactory results according to Navy/Coast Guard, company, and contract standards• Provide guidance and process improvement as the Work Center Supervisor of the Maintenance Team while following the standards of Navy 3M manual and JFMM• Assist the Project Manager in the overall performance of the talk order, personnel supervision, timeliness and accuracy of deliverables, and problem areas• Provide OJT training to less senior Austal personnel and subcontractors on naval Post Delivery maintenance and repair protocols.• Manage and assume responsibility for assigned planned maintenance and 4E work spec packages from the planning to execution while providing appropriate work status updates• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and documents while maintaining Objective Quality Evidence• Manage and verify the Lock Out/ Tag Out program using naval electrical one line drawings, mechanical EOSS drawings, and the Navy TUMS manual
