● Lead Tetra Tech/MSI’s international leadership, learning, and organizational development practice area. Direct a portfolio of up to 10 training, OD and communications support projects totaling $20 million. Oversee up to 20 OD and training professionals and consultants.● Develop business by leading major proposal efforts related to environment, humanitarian assistance, global health and other areas, and networking and partnering for new business opportunities. ● Served as program director for a $15 million blanket purchase agreement and $8 million central call order to build USAID staff capabilities in science, technology, innovation, and partnerships. Led a team of adult learning specialists, trainers, and subject matter experts to co-create, design, and implement 18 in-person training sessions, nine virtual training sessions and workshops, two e-learning modules, nine webinars (for over 900 USAID and partner participants) and communities of practice as well as other communications activities.● Served as technical director for United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change contract for facilitation, training, and coaching services.● Deliver strategic planning, OD, business process improvement, training, coaching, and other services to international clients.● Engaged as an OD advisor for Bluetide Puerto Rico, facilitating an organizational design and review to support its strategic plan and implementation model for a blue economy and to promote the sustainable use of ocean resources. ● Oversaw the development, delivery, and evaluation of approximately 35 technical and interpersonal skills training courses, including overseas courses, for 500 global health staff. Designed a four-day leadership course and delivered it to 125 USAID public health professionals. Introduced and delivered a coaching program that coached close to 200 managers and staff globally. Developed fellowships for population, health, and environment programs. ● Organized and led over 30 forums, offsites, and workshops for USAID and other agencies for headquarters and field offices under various projects. Topics included strategy, leadership development, and teambuilding for groups from five to 200 participants. Emphasized inclusive participation with Agency staff, civil society groups, host government officials and other stakeholders.● Provided one-on-one coaching to over 40 USAID and other government executives and managers, leading to clarified strategy, achieved goals, enhanced leadership and organizational skills, improved performance, and newly adopted behaviors.● Led an agency-wide KM and business process improvement effort for the Agricultural Research Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Used a participatory methodology (Lean Enterprise), to engage senior managers and empower line employees to generate ideas for improvement. Outcomes included potential efficiency gains, yielding savings of 50% or more in time and productivity.● Facilitated an advocacy strategy workshop for CropLife International to improve its influence in the multilateral environment for sustainable agriculture.● Performed other client engagements with U.S. Agency for International Development, Millennium Challenge Corporation, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Drug Administration, CropLife International, Public Health International, Catholic Relief Services, Government of the Republic of Georgia, and Government of the Philippines, among others.

● Founded and managed boutique consulting firm providing services internationally to private-sector and government clients in the areas of strategy, performance improvement, sustainability, and leadership development. ● Led and facilitated teambuilding and other initiatives for USAID in Bangladesh, Honduras, Malawi, Rwanda, Zambia, and Washington D.C. on strategy development, senior executive and staff coaching on organizational transformation, effective communication and team dynamics and action plan development and implementation.● Facilitated a partnership meeting for the West Africa Water Initiative with USAID, Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, United Nations Foundation, World Vision, and WaterAid, among others. ● Served as team leader for a major organization-wide assessment of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.● Performed other client engagements with Engility, ARD Inc., U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Labor, International Labor Organization, Government of Ukraine, and American Red Cross.

● Designed and led new operations and results management training for 500 USAID staff in eight countries. Facilitated teambuilding, planning and organizational learning. ● Led a writing team to develop and communicate human-centered stories for the economic growth and agricultural development section of an Agency performance report; a congressionally commissioned study ranked this report first among U.S. Government agencies.● Developed environment, economic growth and rule of law monitoring, evaluation, and learning plans.● Served as lead on a three-year, $5.2 million contract to provide strategic planning, performance measurement and evaluation services throughout USAID. ● Served as team leader for an innovative USAID management reform initiative. Coordinated 30 staff, six results teams and an advisory group. Performed outreach and a facilitated reform agenda in six USAID offices. Produced a series of six reform initiative guidance documents.
