The project comprises a variety of adaptable teaching and learning spaces and will provide 24hr access to a modern and vibrant space for students. University Hospital Wishaw – Summit Healthcare Technical Advisor, Project Manager and Employer’s Agent services on various refurbishment projects within University Hospital Wishaw. Employed by the SPV - Summit Healthcare to manage refurbishment projects undertaken by NHS Lanarkshire or Summit Healthcare directly. Frasers Property UK – Drive Thru Bakery Unit – Hillington Park (2020/21)Project Manager during pre-contract and construction phases for the development of a new Drive thru Bakery Unit within Hillington Park, Industrial Estate. Monitor the Contractor during the pre-construction period to check he generally performs his services in compliance with the Building Contract and project programme.3. Monitor progress and formally report to the Employer at weekly and monthly intervals.4. Review the Contractor's applications and notices in relation to the statutory requirements approvals and consents required for the Works.5. Provide advice to the Employer in respect of the effect of any proposed changes to the Building Contract originated by the Employer, Tenant or Funder. Implement any approved changes through the Building Contract.6. Carry out periodic inspections to check progress and the quality of the works being executed by the Contractor to see that the Works are being generally completed in accordance with the terms of the Building Contract.7.
