Jan to Dec 2015- managed the China division of a large international company based in USA .Involved with acquisition assessment , managed the intergration and implementation processes ,and future business planning . Previously managed business planning for New Zealand for the same company .Restructured a large new Zealand company which was a leader in the retail sector for Salads, applied strategies and configured the sale of the business to a large international company. .

My responsibilities included strategic planning ,liasing with major customers, raw material planning and communications with growers, dealing with financiers ,briefing company chairman and board , and providing overall company leadership and management.

My responsibilities included reviewing financial and management reporting and systems that drive the information ,providing enhancements where prudent eg Activity based costing and profitability by key product streams, dealing with auditors ,and contributing to the senior management team.

My responsibilities included part of the strategic planning team ,managing and coordinating the annual budgeting process across all countries,and managing the base raw material pricing schedule process .

My responsibilities included reviewing the divisions financial reporting ,management reporting ,financial systems ,management systems including costings ,implementing new IT systems in New Zealand and USA ,setting up new companies in countries as the division developed into, taxation , dealing with internal and external auditors ,senior head office personnel , and a member of the senior management team.
