During this time the company expanded significantly by increasing production and throughput thus implementing new machinery and manufacturing processes. I was fortunate in being involved during these projects and included with installations and commissioning of new equipment working closely with technicians from Netherlands. I gained extensive experience during this time and once initial projects were completed, I was afforded the opportunity to showcase my skills by continuing as a technician specializing in looking after and maintaining this specific equipment from Stork (Marel - Poultry Processing Equipment) which included servicing and set up op these machines. I was also given an opportunity to assist the Projects Manager for a period of 10 months
