Novo is a band of creative missionaries sent to multiply movements of the gospel and mobilize the church for that mission around the world.

I was the first recruitment manager hired at Regent College. This position required market research and strategic planning in order to generate new inquiries for admission to Regent's programs.

Facilitate the journey of prospective students from initial inquiry to attending student.

Flexibility and organization were keys to my success in the position as owner/manager at ECO Outdoor Sports. I had to be able to switch between training staff one minute, buying and managing inventory the next, working with my partners to set the strategic vision or develop the next ad campaign.
