Provided Consultant / Project Management services for an ESCO rework warranty Project located on the University of Maryland College Park. All previous windows installed were found to be improperly installed. All units in four historic university buildings including the President of the University and Deans offices, were removed then re-installed in accordance with the manufacturers specs. Work was done during evening hours and on weekends, due to occupancy. Duties included supervision, inspection and documentation of all work performed by the subcontractor and the primary. Submission daily reports and digitally documented all daily and close out as builts.

Over saw multimillion dollar inventory.100% Q/A Q/C verification of all inventory, inbound equipment and materials. Reported discrepancies and product deficiencies to the US DOS. Assisted with outbound material build and pack out and shipment inventory for all export shipments. Verified that material received was 100% correct per contract SPECs issued to the supplier. Built inventory into shipments that would be exported via ocean, Military and commercial Air to various locations throughout South African Nations.

Duties entailed providing cost analysis, preparing bid proposals, quality control, installation and conformance to spec, federal, state and local testing.

New Campus East Project, National Geospatial‐Intelligence Agency Springfield, VA As Mechanical QA/QC Engineer, executed the U.S. Corps of Engineers (USACE) three‐phase quality control process. Duties included review of construction submittals, RFIs and activity hazard analyses, conducting preparatory meetings with contractors prior to starting work, onsite inspection, documentation of daily construction activities, identification and tracking of work not installed in accordance with specification, and observation and documentation of system testing and commissioning. This project was the largest single military construction project undertaken by USACE since the Pentagon. The integrated design‐bid‐build ECI project consolidated seven NGA locations into a new campus as directed by Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) 2005. The campus is nearly 2.5 million square feet, situated on 98 acres on Fort Belvoir North Area near Springfield, Virginia. The entire campus meets SCIF security standards. It includes administrative areas, a technology center, central utility plant, auditorium, conference center, education and training spaces, visitor control center, 5,200‐vehicle parking garage, and $102 million in site and infrastructure improvements. This project is LEED Gold certified. Construction cost $1.9 billion after FFP.
