JobMatters Employability Services is a free recruitment service to both employers, who are looking to fill current and future vacancies within their business, and to jobseekers, who may have injury, illness or a disability, looking to return to mainstream employment.With a person centered approach I am an effective operator who is driven to achieve the best outcomes and results for clients and employers, alike. Through previous and current employment I have a number of years experience in:* Assisting employers with recruitment for vacancies within their business.* Assisting employers with pre-screening of potential candidates to ensure that the best candidates are chosen for specific roles.*Assisting employers with information and the application process for numerous Government grants, such as the Wage Subsidy Scheme etc.* Assisting jobseekers with CV preparation, effective job searching, effective job applications and interview preparation.* Assisting jobseekers with preparation for start of new employment.* Assisting both employee and employer with in employment support needs.
