Project to carry out a financial due diligence of ICT budgets and spend across the three Councils (Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea), support validation of potential savings of £6.5m by 2017/18 and provide a baseline budget to support financial transparency as well as developing a model to recharge each Council fairly for the services that they consume. Hounslow Borough Council – Project Manager. Developed finance model and evaluation criteria to facilitate evaluation of Joint Venture proposals from bidders to a competitive dialogue process for School Catering Services; a ground breaking solution. West Hertfordshire Hospital Trust – Project Manager. I prepared a financial appraisal confirming the affordability of a new leased office scheme. Produced and implemented project plan delivering; project initiation document, affordability and viability analysis of baseline costs, non-financial benefit criteria for appraisal workshop, project risk register, and economic appraisals for options and outline business case. Supported project director and senior management team in developing the strategic and operational direction of the project.
