My name is John from a young age I always knew I had to be challenged so I could get the best possible results I joined the military at the age of 16 and was in the service for 11 years where I was medical discharge for a back injury. That was a huge blow to everything I had worked for and my self-esteem. After I had been discharged I spent a few year at the bottom of a barrel so to speak with no light insight that’s when I decided to pick my self up and get the help I needed through a company called cedar foundation there I started to grow again starting out by getting some education in computer work I had out grown there in house services and my confidence had started to grow they then helped me through a collage course in light vehicle repair and maintenance where I passed my level 2 as a vehicle engineer following on from there I was ready to face the world take the bull by the horns and get a job. It took a few month but after a few rejections I had secured a job at my local Currys store and after a few years I have moved on and I am now a duty manager at my local screwfix
