Led a team providing dedicated HR partnering and services to:i) Vodafone UK's Chief Technology Officer and Technology Function (IT & Engineering) consisting of 2,000 permanent employees and 2,000 contractors.ii) Vodafone UK's Enterprise Business Unit consisting of 2,500 employees (Sales, Marketing & Call Centre Operations).

Provision of specialist Organisation Design consulting services, working regularly at UK Board level. Including the development of technical OD solutions, building the case for change, and the design and implementation of organisational change methodology.

Led a team providing dedicated HR services for Support Service functions, including Finance, HR, Property and Customer Operations IT, consisting of over 1,000 employees.

Led the Human Resources and Safety function, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, during a twelve month closure period of the Sydney Wiremill.
