I worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories/Lucent Technologies for 18 years. During this time I formulated and implemented several high visibility project plans for national and international Customers. I played a key role on many First Service Applications such as the introduction of Carrier Interconnect in 1985, Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) in 1987, International Credit Card Validation in 1990/91, First Digital Wireless application in Japan in 1992/94. I was a Certified AT&T Bell Laboratories Project Manager for Subscriber Line Carrier Business Unit from 1995 to 2000. I was awarded a US Patent for my work associated with the International Credit Card Validation project in 1991. Patent issued in January of 1994. In 2001 I was part of a team that implemented the Mentoring Program. From 2002 to 2006, I served the PMI Chicagoland Chapter as Director for Mentoring Program.
