I have recently started a company, John F. Hanlon And Associates, where I will take on a coaching and consulting role. My primary focus in this role will be to assist companies through evaluating their go to market and sales strategy. I have 30+ years of experience building sales organizations, sales channels and specialty organizations for companies - and most recently working for one of the best systems integrator I have ever been associated with. This experience and background will be instrumental to any large, mid-market, or smaller company trying to understand strategy & identity.My secondary focus, which happens to also be my passion, is building a 3-day sales bootcamp for front-line sales leaders which will be called "How to Build an Inclusive and Accountable Sales Culture."
