Present ( Green Cotton Group ) For the last 10 years I have worked within the textile industry, structuring business and building up the Green Cotton Group together with corporate and local managements, to be a strong business group.The Group now consists of 15 companies in Europe, Turkey and US, employing around 700 people, primarily in Denmark and Ukraine. Being a member of the top management for the Group supplemented with being local CFO in our companies in Ukraine ( including working local in Lviv ), have given me a deep knowledge in leading a company in an East Europe country with many opportunities ( and challenges ). Key points from the last years include:• Expansion of activities, worldwide and especially in Ukraine• Developing organization in Ukraine• Investment programs carried through• Business optimization in general and production • Developing a production company to be one of the leading companies in Lviv, Ukraine, with 600 employees• Starting new companies and businesses 2010 – 2014 ( DP Cleantech Europe and others)During these years I was Financial Director and Financial Manager including having the responsibility for Finance, IT and HR. In 2010 the work especially included a turn-around (restructuring) as a consequences of the Financial Crunch.Working international in Europe, but also in smaller companies in Denmark primarily with structuring and restructuring businesses. Please refer to the experiences.Until 2010Previously, as Group Financial Manager for the AVK Group my fields of responsibility comprised consolidated accounts, financial management, reporting, tax, insurance matters and other managerial tasks typical for a global group and its subsidiaries. Further the finance area included company acquisitions and startups. Especially China and Asia were key area for my work. I was a member of the boards of AVK’s Chinese companies, also having co-responsibility for the proper management of the companies as well as for the quality of their financial management and other corporate matters.
