I think of myself as a proficient leader with strong interpersonal skills who succeeded in developing every Team Member through targeted training aligned with the Company's high standards of Health & Safety and Security.I have a strong background in Law with practical experience as a lawyer and mediator with a Master's Degree from the State University of Moldova. My passion for Health and Safety, Security and Law progressed with achieved certifications in IOSH Managing Safely, Crisis Management, Protect Duty, Child Protection and an LLM Qualifying Law Degree at Birkbeck University (suspended).I am motivated by the challenge and responsibility of ensuring the highest Safety, Security and Hospitality standards for Hotel guests and personnel, and I firmly believe a Security Department based on Quality Management principles is the way forward for success in a Luxury Hospitality Venue.
