Under the tutelage of a well-known fixture of the profession, Principal Solicitor Mr. Sam Abbas, I’ve handled all matters in the Local Court – Hearings, Sentences, Section 14 Applications, as well as District Court Appeals. I have instructed Counsel in District and Supreme Court Trials and Sentences. I have acted on traffic fines, murders, and all manner of alleged nefarious behaviour in between. I have learned to advocate confidently and boldly in Court, and can manage all the menial work behind closed doors.

Under Principal Solicitor Danielle Fasi, I learned about the procedures of Property and Conveyancing Law. Danielle was a fantastic solicitor who knew her craft very well, but I personally found the work unstimulating.

Working directly under Mr Mousas at the city office, I learned about the process by which a client receives their allotted compensation, and how cases differed from each other from an argumentative standpoint, as every accident evidently has its nuances.
