- Integral part of the winemaking team at the Berri site.- Responsible for a large portfolio including wines from the Hardys, Banrock Station, Grant Burge and St Hallett commercial brands.- Vineyard assessments and the making of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Montepulciano and Tempranillo wines at the Berri site.- Responsible for the fruit selection and the making of the wild lands red and white field blends (2018)

* Vintage winemaker at the Ryecroft winery, McLaren Vale (2012 vintage) - sole in charge winemaker on nightshift - created runsheets (cellar work plan) for next shift - white and red fermentation tasting making appropriate additions to ferments - oversaw fruit intake and made decisions regarding acid additions - modified fermenter plan according to fruit intake - participated in preliminary grading tastings* Project winemaker the Saltram Museum (Jul 2011 - Jan 2012)* Assisted with the 2011 vintage at Wolf Blass* Bottling Winemaker, responsible for organising and authorising wine to bottle by: - conducting fining trials; - organising final analyses; - determining final additions; - ensuring wine is within specifications in appropriate tanks for bottling and - writing pack-up and pack-down cellar notes* Ensuring wine is within specifications before approving for bottling

Working in the premium wine section of the 1st Choice Liquor Store on Unley rd, Adelaide, giving expert advice on beer, wines and spirits.

Assist the senior winemaker with:- setting up and performing juice and wine fining trials- generating and updating cellar notes. Scheduling of operations.- managing fermentations during vintage, viz tasting, temperature control, additions and cap management- performing laboratory work and supervision as required- quality control: detection of barrel taints and additive taints.

Designed and oversaw the putting together of a 100 tonne capacity winery. This included equipment specification, laboratory equipment and setup, refrigeration specification, 3-phase power and waste water treatment requirements.Performed the 2007 vintage as the hands on winemaker being involved in everything from grape maturity analysis to bottling.

- Analyst/developer specialising in distributed systems infrastructure libraries written in C++ and Java. - Designed and developed a key module for the conversion process taking trades from an old IBM mainframe system to the new inhouse strategic middle office system.- Co-designed and developed a flexible workflow platform utilising java and xml technologies. Developed change tracking software system which is now utilised across several departments of the bank.

Designer/Developer/Tester of key modules including the CCS#7 Level 3 module for Telstra's Intelligent Network services such as One3, Telecard, Homelink, Phoneaway and Infocall. Also heavily involved in stress testing and performance tuning of these systems.

- Produced an Adelaide Hills Riesling with Andrew, Linda and Robin which cellared for 10 years - Produced a Portuguese style vintage port.
