Liaise with project managers across all IS for reporting on status of current projects.Review of compliance for key artifacts in adherence with the project management governance processes and share best practices.Attendance at various steering committee and management meetings as required.Update ServiceNow project dashboards for more relevant views as required. Acts as a SME on the project module in ServiceNow. Identify and assess portfolio risk and escalate as required.Maintain functional expertise of current and evolving ServiceNow project module and linkages to other ITBM modules such as Demand and Agile modules. Perform process impact assessments and testing as ServiceNow changes are required to the project module. Coordinates portfolio review meetings in partnership with the Sr. Demand Planner including preparing material, documenting actions, and conducting related follow-up.Ensure service data management compliance for reporting and metrics. All required reporting fields are completed, updated, and maintained.Execution of high value IS and business demands/projects including Tier 1

Clarify all requirements/user stories and the approved solution in coordination with the Solution Consultant for both business and technical teams. Determine the appropriate execution framework that will be used in the delivery approach and implementation. Determine and plan all user testing, working with the business to ensure quality of deliverables.Review, acquire and manage resources to fulfill the solution delivery and aid in the scheduling discussions. Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel. Build and maintain motivated project teams, ensuring the team collaborates, communicates, and maintains focus and velocity to deliver the approved solution meeting business requirements.Create and implement the work plan according to the decided delivery approach and technology platform to meet solution requirements with the appropriate IT and business teams. Initiate the proper processes for work approvals and change requests where required.Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and escalate as required. Provide project reporting and status including stakeholder analysis and communication plan for internal and external communication to stakeholders, improving transparency, in compliance with ADKAR principles.Coordinate the approval of contracts with Ledcor compliance and activities with vendors to ensure timely implementation and proper documentation.Ensure service data management compliance for reporting and metrics. All required reporting fields are completed, updated, and maintained.

 Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008, Server 2012, Command Prompt, PowerShell, Linux, Centos, Red Hat, Fedora and VM Workstation.  Networking: Tera Term, Cisco IOS, WireShark, 2nd year networking knowledge including design, implementation and troubleshooting. Routing Protocols: RIP, EIGRP, BGP and OSPF (IPV4 and IPV6). Basic encryption including the setup of VPN and GRE Tunnels. Computer Systems: Basic computer building and repair skills. Programming: Java and Scripting (Windows and Linux). Client/Server Administration: ability to set up/manage DNS, DHCP, mail, file and web servers. Active Directory design and implementation.  VOIP: Setup and troubling shooting of many voip services including Proof of Concept for clients. SCCM and SCOM (System Center) Security: In depth knowledge of IT security systems including hands on labs to implement isolated use of: Email Worms, Metasploit, Armitage, Snort, Virus Generation, Web Security, Honeypots, Crypto and Injection.
