Built restaurant partnerships and non-traditional food/beverage relationships.

Oversaw multisite operations, including off-premise catering, B&I, retail, airline, restaurant, and sports and entertainment. Turned around an underperforming business within two years, into the highest net LLC in the entire group. Managed operational efficiencies, recipe testing, and equipment for Shake Shack non-traditional expansion. Built a HIGH performing team, turned high-margin consulting jobs (the consulting arm of USHG) into opportunities to be operating agreements. Created programs, cash flow positive opportunities + retainers, that turned into future growth plans.

Recruited to lead IMG, owning and running operations. Led all production on the Sony Ericsson Open in Key Biscayne, currently MIAMI OPEN. Created and negotiated strategies to launch new ICONIC accounts: Delaware North (Giants and Jets Stadium) and Aramark, Goldman Sachs HQ NYC.
