Central Indiana Orthopedics is a 21 physician comprehensive orthopedic and musculoskeletal medical practice providing care for the residents of East Central Indiana.• Managed, developed and implemented the marketing strategies of the corporation and for 21 individual physicians.• Managed marketing budgets, strategies, referral relationships, and departments.• Managed, developed and created corporate website and other marketing collateral. • Managed, planned, developed and implemented a branding initiative to create a consistent look and feel amongst all company marketing materials and to represent the company’s strategic focus on sports medicine.• Developed relationships and negotiated contracts with clients.• Developed, designed and implemented a quarterly CIO Newsletter which evolved into the Orthopedic Review magazine.• Developed relationships, to place our physicians in positions to present educational materials to increase their patient counts/business. • Managed the Work Comp department, Referral Department and the Athletic Training Coverage Outreach program.• Developed and maintained relationships with key work comp clientele. • Was an integral part in the successful implementation of a new EHR (electronic health record) system.
