Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, I was responsible for all aspects of digital marketing at a fast-growing multi-boutique investment manager.• Created a full digital marketing strategy, incorporating content creation, collating product marketing materials, lead generation/tracking, and reporting of client & prospect activity to the sales team, utilising marketing automation software.• Led the build of the firm’s new website, including liaising with senior leadership to gather requirements, appointing & managing a design agency, and keeping the project within budget.• Responsible for BAU tasks (email builds, website updates) including the design & build of a landing page outside the standard website content management system to save £30K in external costs.

Managed websites, campaigns, lead generation, email & analytics for a leading fixed income manager.• Launched large-scale marketing automation initiatives to nurture prospects and promote key products, including a pilot in which salespeople were alerted when their assigned prospects engaged with website content, generating very positive feedback and a $1m investment as a direct result of a follow-up call.• Built a prototype to provide personalised content to website visitors based on their browsing history, a tool to allow visitors to find their assigned salesperson based on their IP address, and a range of landing pages for key products and offerings.• Helped launch 15+ websites across EMEA as part of a firm-wide digital transformation initiative.
