I collaborated closely with the campaign manager to develop a targeted outreach plan that involved phone banking, door-to-door canvassing, and organizing community events. Provided regional field service technicians and over 500+ Canadian dealers with up to date technical information in regards to 12 volt and remote starter installations. This information includes technical needs such as vehicle wiring information, technical bulletins, troubleshooting techniques, vehicle diagnostics, relay diagrams and support with various technical issues. I was responsible for our Technical department including managing other employees within the department. This management includes training employees in wiring, troubleshooting, customer service, overseeing and assisting with their tech calls and managing department information streams in a functional and accessible way. I worked closely with various Adobe programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign to produce technically related wiring diagrams and to assist our marketing department with various digital needs. Some of those needs include photo manipulation for catalogue use, page layout design, vector graphics and various web related needs. I also have 10+ years of professional photography experience that I used to assist Grandwest with catalogue cover photos, truck fleet photos, product photos and various internal needs. As well as my technical and marketing related work, I am apart of the Grandwest Sales and customer service team. I take sales calls and assist our 500+ Canadian dealer base with sales and customer support. This included answering customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, completing transactions, providing sales advice, resolving problems and maintaining a customer centered focus.
