Responsible for Administration, Facilities, Industrial Salvage and Human Resources of a 100+ year old non-profit that feeds those who are hungry, houses those who are homeless, counsels those seeking recovery, and provides new opportunities for all.

Serves as internal leader and external co-leader of a 35 year old non-profit community development and environmental corporation with an annual operating budget of over $7M and a staff of over 50. Responsible for all operations oversight, fund development, administration and research. Recruiting, evaluating and developing senior staff are critical components to success. The position also helps represent Isles to diverse stakeholders and constituencies as needed. In the event that the CEO is unavailable, the COO serves as acting CEO.

Managed all agency administration for the innovative $3 billion emergency management housing recovery program. • Coordinated onboarding of over 800 employees within four months. • Restructured program model to increase efficiency, improve reporting and upgrade training. • Developed integrated policies to improve the delivery of services to NJ’s displaced citizens.

Conducts external and internal evaluation of services, programs and staffing in order to build organizational capacity both in human capital and operating systems for an urban community based organization.

Manages IncludeNYC's program development and oversees accountability, data collection/analysis, budget/grant initiative reporting, and staff development.

Oversaw all operations of a new organization that provides assistance to schools districts in the areas of business management, behavioral health services, evaluation and data management

Managed the operations of the agency and assisted the Commissioner of Education with the strategic direction and program implementation of the NJDOE and coordinated with the Governor’s Office, Community Stakeholders and the Legislature on key constituent issues.

Oversaw a number of projects within the policy institute while providing evaluation expertise and technical training to the Rutgers Camden campus.

Functioned as principal staff to the Chief of Staff, assisting in managing operational issues for New Jersey’s Department of Human Services which had over 25,000 employees and an $11 billion budget.

Over a five year period was given progressively more responsibility. Eventually oversaw all outreach, research and evaluation and community relations activities for Virtua, a five hospital health system.
