An experienced and innovative senior business leader with over 15 years’ experience working within the telecoms industry in various strategic, operational and area retail/sales/call centre positions. I have 7 years’ experience in senior roles with O2 Telefonica, expanding my experience into the wider telecoms market heading the retentions department for Daisy Communications, the second largest provider of business telecoms solutions in the UK behind only BT.Following Daisy purchase of XLN, I have been tasked with identifying the opportunities for growth, saving and general strategy of the retention teams across 5 locations covering the whole of the U.K. Responsible for the customer journey and retention of over 140,000 Micro SME customers as well as 12,000 customers with 30+ employees I’ve developed extensive industry knowledge and business acumen.I’m passionate about leading people and developing teams to foster the independence, creativity and empowerment needed to drive for results whilst ensuring there is a strong sense of happiness in the workplace.
