Senior Lecturer in Strategy and HRM teaching on Higher Education professional and executive courses since 2005 using business experience to add value to the teaching and learning experience. General Management experience including positions with: Automotive consultancy, global automotive publishing and Operations Management specializing in business and operational turnaround. This is the typical outline of an academic that you would expect to see, but I am more than the sum of these parts. My role is to teach, guide, challenge and grow the person in my classroom to become the person they want to be and to give them the confidence to pursue the dream they have in their hearts. I may be a lecturer, but my role is one that is very hard to find on a person specification or job description. This research is a longitudinal qualitative study using a network of BNU alumni providing up to date and real-time data for the requirements of the graduate jobs market. Originator and creator of 'Beyond BNU' graduate mentorship programme that supports BNU graduates through the early stages of their graduate careers.
