I am a professional, loyal and conscientious individual who has a strong work ethic and loves writing software, especially alongside other like-mined developers. I have extensive experience developing software in several languages, mainly back-end functionality, and take great pride in my attention to detail and the quality of work I produce. This has been recognised by both colleagues and appreciative clients and rewarded with consistently good appraisals throughout my entire career. I really enjoy working as part of a team and sharing ideas but can also be relied upon to work alone when required, whether in an office or home environment.I returned to working with Java in early 2018 and been developing a web-based application based around a Spring Boot / RESTful API back-end; Hibernate and native SQL has been utilised for database access and testing performed using JUnit5, Mockito, Postman and OpenClover.
