• Ensuring production departments have sufficient time to deliver requirements.• Planning, scheduling and monitoring work load schedules.• Monitoring and reviewing production progress against deadlines.• Ensuring all production activities are carried out in accordance with prevailing ISO accreditation.• Preparing accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts and contribution figures.• Ensuring appropriate security resources and process are in place.• Establishing, implementing and reviewing staff training goals and objectives.• Monitoring and managing production KPIs.• Controlling operational costs according to the prevailing annual budget forecast.• Implementing production improvement systems and processes.

• As a member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for the delivery of the division’s annual budget in terms of turnover and contribution.• Responsible for production and ownership of the Sales & Marketing Plans.• Oversight of all Key Account Management (KAM) activities for CDS Cheltenham including the documentation, monthly reviews and updates of individual Account Management Plans.• Acting as high level contact for Key Accounts.• In charge of small in-house sales and marketing team (Cheltenham).
