These included, Assistant Director, Deputy Director, Contract Director and Senior Business Development Roles supporting contract bids and re-bids.In May 2010 deployed from UK to support Serco Immigration Services (SIS), Australia Contract on Christmas Island. Subsequently worked as Centre Manager at Villawood Immigration Facility and then as Regional Manager East responsible for all Immigration Contracts in Eastern Australia.In Oct 2011 moved to the Regional Manager North role based in Darwin, responsible for Northern Territory and North Queensland Contracts. Main focus on the opening and transition of a new build 1500 bed Immigration Facility at Wickham Point near Darwin. Subsequently Senior Lead responsible for the opening of a second new 500 Bed Immigration Facility at Blaydin, near Darwin.March 2014 Employed by Serco Immigration Services as Regional Manager Central (incorporating Northern Territory & South Australia) still based in Darwin. Responsible for Business delivery of all Immigration Contracts within the Central Region. During 2014 the Senior Lead responsible for the closure and decommissioning of 4 Immigration Centres involving 600 Serco personnel.Oct 2014 - April 2019 Employed by Serco Immigration Services as General Manager South (incorporating Victoria & South Australia) based in Melbourne. Responsible for Business delivery of all Immigration Contracts within the Vic/SA region.April 2019 - Sept 2021 Employed as Security & Operations Manager, Justice. Reporting to the Operations Director Justice, providing SME support to the Prison General Managers across Australia and New Zealand.Sept 2021 - Present - Employed as General Manager Operational Performance, Justice. New Justice Business Role with an objective of strengthening operational performance and developing resilience of service delivery within Justice contracts through a risk based approach.
