Responsibilities：Optimize Procurement Policy- 1. Set up procurement working procedure according to Kraft international procurement policy- 2. Communicate with plant stakeholder termly to optimize the procurement procedure to - ensure effective working - 3. Arrange training the procurement policy for each plant semi-annually to enhance - understanding for it Supplier Management- 1. Choice the proper supplier to manage and control the product quality and delivery according to current situation of eight plants of Kraft China- 2. Work with plant stakeholder to evaluate the suppliers performance annually- 3. Develop the long-term strategy supplier and set up main supplier list after evaluate and - consolidate current supplier group- 4. Set up perfect purchase tracking systemCost Management- 1. Optimize the quantity and quality of company supplier to reduce the supplier management - cost- 2. Bidding for the main spare parts; equipments and service annually and analyze it cost - according to procurement policy- 3. Responsibilities : - The kick-off phase of the new project - 1. Get the new equipment’s and component’s quotation from overseas or native suppliers.- 2. Quoting for the new project.- 3. Communicate with head office for the quotation of the new project.- - The Project Transfer phase from US or Germany to China- 1. Set up the Project team.- 2. Drawing up project plans including work packages; time schedule; costs; - deadlines and recourse - 3. Communicate with our head office for transfer all the information of the new project - to China ( Including Materials; Facility; Supplier’s information and so on).- 4. Purchase new equipments and components from overseas.- - The Trial Run phase of the new project- 1. Co-work with Suppliers to debug our production line- 2. Trial run for the new product- 3. Make sure our OTS delivery can meet customer’s schedule- 4. Co-work with our team member to analyze and resolve all the issues during - the trial run stage- 5. Make sure the new project can go into mass production successfully.- - The after service Phase- 1. Communicate with customer for our product quality status termly and feed - back our customer’s comment.- 2. Maintenance our equipments timely, and contact with supplier for support if - We face some equipments issue.- - Integration- 1. Regular meeting with our team member to review our schedule and issues. Ensure - All of the task will be done on our schedule.- 2. Report the detail schedule status of each phase to GM- 3. Report the detail project budget status to GM- 4. Co-work with team member to achieve each target in each phase of the new project.- 5. All of the project must be conform to APQP and PPAP procedure.
