Oversight on production of MIG/TIG welding torches. Quality assurance of production and packaging. Provide technical support to sales and customer service departments. Purchasing of production components and consumables stock to meet customer demands. Communication with domestic and overseas vendors. Inventory control/adjustments. Clerical support (data entry, cleanup of production kits, running reports for purchasing, sales orders, etc). Researching new products and improvements on existing products. Receiving shipments. Provide backup to production and warehouse teams. Backup for traffic (shipping: UPS, Fed ex, quote and schedule truck shipments).
