- Helping design and implement USCCB's new national virtual resettlement program for refugees from Latin America- Hiring, training, and supervising a team of case managers providing virtual resettlement and integration services to newly arrived refugees throughout the U.S., including referrals for housing support. medical services, school enrolments, immigration documents, and other resources as needed- Working with USCCB's Processing Team, the U.S. Department of State, Safe Mobility Offices in various Latin American countries, and the International Organization for Migration to monitor caseloads, analyze data trends, and create standard operating procedures

- Coordinated USCCB's national refugee private sponsorship program- Provided client-centered case management guidance to sponsor groups including core resettlement services, cultural orientation, humanitarian parole application support, and other immigration and integration matters- Provided programmatic support and oversight to affiliate resettlement agencies across the country- Helped build out USCCB’s role as a Private Sponsorship Organization and key consortium member alongside the Department of State and the Community Sponsorship Hub

- Mobilized individuals and community groups nationwide to sponsor Humanitarian Parolees from Ukraine, Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela- Provided programmatic and technical support to sponsor circles and beneficiaries including Humanitarian Parole application support, sponsor certification, and resettlement and cultural orientation guidance- Represented USCCB in weekly stakeholder meetings with the Community Sponsorship Hub and other consortium members- Monitored and evaluated the effectiveness of the Sponsor Circle Program through interviews and surveys, and provided recommendations to USCCB and national partners

- Conducted qualitative research on the situation for LGBTQ+ Ukrainian refugees in the EU fleeing Russia’s full-scale invasion to assess their unique needs, barriers to accessing services, and the extent to which their needs are being met by service providers- Authored a needs assessment report on findings and recommendations for inclusive programming and best practices to be scaled up by key stakeholders

- Assisted in developing a strategy to deliver an improved Co-Sponsorship program in support of Afghan refugee resettlement efforts, including overall program design, engagement strategies, financial modeling, academic research, and the creation of program resources

- Assisted refugees and asylum-seekers gain economic independence by securing and maintaining employment through the Matching Grant (MG) and Refugee Support Services (RSS) programs- Addressed barriers to stability and self-sufficiency through job placement, skills development, training and recertification, and cultural orientation

- Provided daily strengths-based and client-centered case management to hundreds of newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers in the areas of housing, cultural orientation, transportation, medical appointments, school enrollments, and other initial resettlement needs- Supervised a team of 3 case managers, 2 case aides, and a rotation of interpreters and community volunteers to assist in case management and integration needs- Managed the R&P department, including assuring cases, submitting period reports, approving client payments, overseeing quality assurance procedures, and the resettlement program's budget within federal compliance- Represented the field office at local stakeholder meetings and PRM Quarterly Consultations- Lead in development of MOUs with new housing partners and community stakeholders- Managed the field office’s portfolio of formerly vacant properties renovated into affordable housing for refugees, including coordinating contractors, logistics and procurement, and property maintenance within timeline and budgetary constraints

- Taught an array of subjects ranging from reading and literacy to primary and secondary students, academic writing to university students, and general and business English to adults and working professionals- Taught preparatory courses and worked as an assessor for the international IELTS, FCE, CAE, and CPE exams- Guided students to success with international university applications, oversees job preparedness, and engagement with international markets though customized and individually tailored curriculum
