I have worked in the financial services sector for over 40 years. Initially as a partner in an insurance brokerage and financial planning practice before moving into management roles with AMP and Perpetual. Whilst I have have built strong skills in financial planning, corporate and individual superannuation and trusteeship during this period, my main focus has been successful people management, identifying opportunities and building businesses. After ten years working with a very passionate team within Perpetual in building and managing Perpetual's Aboriginal trusts and investments capability, I made the decision in April 2020 to retire from full time employment and focus my energies on on my directorships with a number of Aboriginal corporations and to provide advice and support in creation and ongoing management of trusts and trusteeship with Aboriginal organizations.
