Led the Rocket Division of WPI's High Power Rocketry Club which is made up of 145 students. Managed 10 sub-teams working to develop 3 high powered rockets flying to 5,000ft, 10,000ft, and 30,000ft. The first rocket was for educating the newer members of our team about the basics of rocketry and also flying experimental hardware for our other rockets which will be flown at the Spaceport America Cup. The different sub-teams worked on tip to tip composite layups for our fin cans, a coupling joint to connect our airframes, single and dual end recovery systems, airbrakes and retractable rail buttons, a test stand for motors, and a hybrid engine fluid system.

Led the propulsion sub-team for WPI HPRC's project Capricornus. Responsible for researching, designing, verifying, and manufacturing WPI HPRC's first solid rocket motor and test stand to perform hot fire testing.

Member of the recovery sub-team for WPI HPRC's project Aquila. Designed the recovery system and completed FEA on a bulkhead experiencing forces from parachute deployment using SolidWorks. Manufactured parts with CNC milling.

Held meetings with multiple subsystem team leads to find future changes that would save time and money. Migrated system models to Cameo and built diagrams to help define the model and different processes.

Supported the Space Test Program, Strategic Initiatives, and Small Launch groups by verifying launch vehicles and spacecraft meet integration and launch contract requirements. Created a Day of Launch Mission Essentials book to detail technical and logistical information needed on console for the VICTUS NOX mission—the successful demo mission for the Space Force’s “Tactically Responsive Space.” Collaborated with Astra to verify that their Rocket 4 vehicle conformed with the requirements established for the STP-S29B mission and contributed potential solutions for unmet requirements. Completed a design study to investigate methods of manufacturing a vehicle in space by analyzing the structural materials and the location of reaction wheels, batteries, and sensors to initially reduce the mass by 30%

Designed, manufactured, and assembled parts of a robotic manufacturing system and MEMs devices. Used SolidWorks to design mechanical systems and tooling to support robotic manufacturing systems. Learned how to CAM the parts I designed in Fusion360 and then machined them on 3 and 5 axis manual and CNC mills. Fabricated electrical systems for digital fabrication machines and learned how to read PCB schematics to make the required wiring harnesses or incorporate COTS components.

Co-founder of Highlander Robotics 8033, software team lead, mechanical team lead, and robot driver. Programmed with VS Code and Java using command-based programming to control the robot. Wrote and debugged subsystems and commands for mechanisms on the robots. Designed and prototyped a ball routing system using SolidWorks and fabricated using a laser cutter and 3D printer. Designed and built the electronic systems and taught team members the basics of wiring and electronic systems.
