A seasoned IT professional with over seventeen years experience in the information systems field, I have a proven ability to communicate effectively with I.T professionals at a detailed level and with business leaders at a commercial level. Experienced in utilizing Agile/Lean methods and .Net development techniques. As an IT Manager/Team Lead I have dealt with all aspects of project management & leadership required by a development/support team to produce high quality technical solutions for a wide range of clients. I am very interested in leading edge movements in the IT field, both in the area of methodologies as well as coding techniques and practices. I have been a follower of Agile methods for a number of years and of late have taken a keen interest in how Lean practices can be applied to software delivery. Since Beta testing I have developed using Microsoft .Net, which I feel is an excellent tool for fast delivery of industrial strength software.These two streams are very synergistic and when applied correctly can produce excellent results.I feel that my depth experience would be very useful in a number of industries. I believe I have a very useful mix of hard & soft skills, which can be very effective in production of excellent software.
