In April 2017 I completed the project to plan, implement, and manage the outsourcing of our DNS solutions to Dyn. This was a multi-phased project covering almost 500,000 zones – including names which receive over 100,000,000 queries per month. This was accomplished without any sites going down. I handle technical troubleshooting for the Domain team, removing the roadblocks so that they can do their jobs. Beyond that I provide training (writing and teaching) on DNS, SSL, and other related topics. In 2015, I was sent to our London office for two weeks to provide DNS training for the EMEA team. I have managed the relationship with our SSL vendor and in the last eleven years I have overseen its growth from $60,000 per year in revenue to over $2,000,000 a year. I am the host master for the company, overseeing incoming and outgoing transfers of gTLD based domain names and holding the master keys to our VeriSign registrar account. I completed Agile development training with our engineering staff in 2014. During my tenure at MarkMonitor I have also been a Client Services Manager, managing over 30,000 domain names for various corporate clients.

I designed and installed the network that we used at our new location - setting it up as a display piece for customers to see what we could do for them. I received specialized training at Apple for OS X during this time and helped us to win a national award for Apple's Worldwide Best Store contest.
