Responsible for the coordination of marketing and sales strategies within the executive leadership team to reach targeted high profile customers for customer retention and growth.

Weekly container freight movement of food to the following islands in the Caribbean (St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, Trinidad, Barbados, Jamaica, St. Kitts, Bahamas, Curacao, St. Croix, Aruba and the Dominican Republic). WeeklyTractor Trailer movement of Flowers to every Walmart DC in the US. Led a workforce of 20 US and 5 Caribbean Sales executives, 10 direct reports and 100 warehouse personnel.

Senior executive for the state of Florida procuring the freight movement of bulk mail to 79 USPS transfer facilities on a nightly basis as well as the movement of air-freight out of the Miami airport through both Deutsche Post & American Airlines. Also was the exclusive service provider of mail to our troops overseas.

Directed, organized, staffed, and controlled 16 Air & Ground operations to ensure fulfillment of production, service, and profitability goals within set budget. Managed perishable, heavyweight, high value, bonded, ground, & air import/export freight for the Caribbean market out of Miami, FL. Provided airfreight engineering analysis in order to optimize load capacities throughout Latin America gateway operations.
