• Responsibilities include:
• Design, installation, and integration of VMware thereby reducing hardware footprint and costs.

• Use of Blade server technology to reduce energy consumption and improve DC space usage.
• Manage 4 teams, including network, email, MS/Linux servers, and plant manufacturing. (23 folks)

• Implement Enterprise System Management solution for all satellite communications and tools.Responsibilities include:
• Directing 5 technical groups that include UNIX, Windows, Email, Network, and 3 Data centers. (48 folks)
• Managing a 34-million-dollar budget that includes hardware, software, and outside service costs.
• Administration of 420 servers providing satellite gateways for data and voice transmissions.
