The Project Executive responsible for providing integrated services with an emphasis on mission-critical environments, setting infrastructure strategy and managing the client/Supplier relationship at all North American mission-critical facility locations. Management of day-to-day operations throughout client’s mission-critical facilities encompassing approximately 3M sf. of Data Center, Lab, R & D and people space. • P&L responsibility; Maintenance Program Optimization; EHS Program Responsibility & Service Delivery

Responsible for setting regional critical-infrastructure strategy and managing engineering operations for two of the Company’s largest Regional Data Centers, as well as 206 customer facing critical facilities throughout Texas, Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska with an operating budget of $18MM and capital spending averaging $35MM annually. Designed, developed and stood-up a unique, Critical-Infrastructure focused program targeting business continuity of facilities supporting customer facing critical network operations. Program was later adopted as a model for the company. • Responsible for critical-infrastructure management for 208 Regional mission-critical facilities.• Consistently maintained 99.999% operational uptime for Regional Data Center Operations.• Developed a regional five-year critical infrastructure strategic plan to define the road map and funding requirements to build long-term sustaining operations at the Network edge.• Built unique vendor network to meet strict MTTR targets for facility related failures at the Network edge.• Lead Company effort to develop a mission critical construction specification standard.• Selected to represent the Critical Infrastructure Community of ONE (Operational Network Excellence) – a corporate sponsored standards development committee aimed at identifying, recommending and implementing best practice opportunities consistently across the company.

Responsible for leading operations and logistical support of the Engineering, Construction and Facilities departments for the company’s largest division with an operating budget of $22MM and a $40MM capital budget. • Directed construction of five (5) new division critical facilities on time and on budget in support of network reliability upgrade

Managed Division Construction Team charged with maintaining 4,000 miles of existing outside plant while also setting strategy of new plant construction efforts with capital budget responsibility of $7.9MM annually.
