My role of Lead IU Salesforce CRM Business Analyst has been extremely exciting and rewarding to this point. In addition to several large projects, not the least of which was building a contact tracing application for Covid testing and vaccinations at all IU Campuses, we have completed nearly 70 full blown departmental adoptions, From assessing needs, gathering requirements to training the users, it has been an awesome experience learning about many departments at IU. It has also been rewarding to discover that many of them are involved in community outreach and philanthropic causes. If your organization doesn't have a CRM, give me a shout and I will tell you why you probably need one! I am excited about helping others learn about CRM and how it helps make them more efficient and can make their work life better. I am proud to be an IU Alum and to work for such a great institution, doing something I truly believe in and enjoy.
