Prior to joining the firm as a broker in 2010, Mr. Hibbits was instrumental in researching, compiling and analyzing market data for NAI Carolantic’s Annual Triangle Commercial Real Estate Conference from 2000 to the present. The event, by invitation only, attracts over 1,800 business leaders and officials and is held each January at the PNC Arena. In addition, he has created momentum indices and owner maps of his specialty submarket, Raleigh's central business district. As of 2022, he had completed over 375 transactions valued at greater than a quarter of a Billion dollars.A Raleigh native, Mr. Hibbits is a committed member of Mosaic Church.
